All levels of paddlers are welcome! These events are great as you can push yourself as hard or as little as you want. Simply enjoy the time out on the water or get a full on workout, the choice is yours.
SUP Time Trial Races: Wednesday 6pm
SUP Fitness Training: Friday mornings at 6am
It is always great fun and we often go to dinner, have breakfast and sometimes we even have a BBQ afterwards and discuss our personal triumphs.
